Shipping Procedures:
Orders are shipped by UPS, DHL or freight carrier in the 48 contiguous states with shipping and handling charges added, whether prepaid or invoiced, Alaska and Hawaii please call for rates. UPS and DHL Next Day and Second Day delivery available upon request. Additional charges will apply.
Shipping and handling costs are based on weight of individual cartons in shipment, not total weight of all cartons. Shipments requiring a skid will be subject to a crating/skid charge of $39.95 per skid. Add 50 lbs. per skid when estimating shipping weight.
Return Policy Fire Retardants:
Due to the nature of the products. Fire Retardants are not returnable. All Fire Retardant sales are final.
Return Policy Acoustical Products:
A "Return Goods Authorization" number must be obtained for all returns. There is a 30% restocking fee on all returned acoustical products. Returned merchandise must include our packing slip must be received in a resalable condition to ensure proper credit. Returns must be made via a traceable form such as UPS, DHL, RPS or insured mail. All purchases are final after 30 days. No exception without prior authorization from Acoustical Surfaces, Inc.
